Questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign up, then add a card or PayPal. You get the full membership for 7 days: every course and article. If you cancel before the trial ends, you’re never charged. Otherwise your membership continues at $5 a month. One free trial per person.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for (or the end of your trial), and you won’t be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because there’s a free trial to try everything first, and course videos can be downloaded, payments aren’t refunded. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Can I download the videos?
Yes, once you’re a paying member. Downloads unlock when your trial ends and your first $5 payment goes through. During the trial you can stream every course and read every article. Videos you download are yours to keep for personal use.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card (processed by Stripe) or with PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
What happens to my downloads if I cancel?
They’re yours to keep for personal use. Streaming and new downloads stop when your paid period ends.
