Privacy Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026. We collect what we need to run your account and membership, we don’t sell it, and marketing email is opt-in only.
Who we are
000000.dev is operated by VFLARED MODDING LLC (“we”, “us”), based in Ohio, USA. Questions or requests: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your account: email address, name (if you give one), your password stored only as a one-way hash, and when you agreed to our Terms.
- Google sign-in, if you use it: your name, email address and Google account ID. We don’t get access to anything else in your Google account.
- Your membership: its status and dates, whether you pay by card or PayPal, your customer and subscription IDs at Stripe or PayPal, and the exact wording you agreed to at checkout, with the time. Card numbers and PayPal logins go straight to Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store them.
- Marketing consent, if you opt in: your email address, the wording you agreed to, when, and the IP address and browser you used, kept as a record of your consent.
- Technical data: IP address and browser details, used briefly to keep the site secure (for example, to limit repeated login attempts) and kept in short-lived server logs.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work:
zd_sessionkeeps you logged in, for up to 60 days or until you log out.zd_googlelasts 10 minutes, only while you’re signing in with Google.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. When you pay, Stripe’s checkout page or PayPal’s button (on our subscribe page) may set their own cookies, mainly to prevent fraud; see their privacy policies.
How we use it
- To run your account and give you access to what your membership includes (this is needed to provide the service you signed up for).
- To take payments and keep billing records (contract, and our legal obligations).
- To send emails about your account and membership, like confirmations, password resets and billing notices.
- To send newsletters, giveaways and discounts, only if you opted in (your consent, which you can withdraw anytime).
- To keep the site and members’ accounts secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We use these service providers, who handle data on our behalf:
- Stripe and PayPal: payments.
- Google: sign-in, only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
- Cloudflare: network security and delivery, including storing and streaming course videos.
- Resend: delivering our emails.
- An email marketing service, for members who opted in to marketing email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while you have an account. If you ask us to delete it, we do so within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting law, and consent records we keep as proof. If you unsubscribe from marketing email, we keep your address on a do-not-email list so it stays that way.
Your choices and rights
- Turn marketing email on or off anytime on your account page, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have further rights, such as objecting to or restricting how we use your data, or complaining to your data protection authority. We’ll honour them.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and login sessions only as hashes of their tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit who can reach it.
Children
000000.dev isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Where your data is
We and our service providers store and process data in the United States. If you’re outside the US, your data is transferred there.
Changes
We’ll update this page if anything changes, and email members about significant changes.
